The price of custom-made glass bottles is not only determined by quality and craftsmanship, but also by the two key variables of customization quantity and processing method. Both directly determine the final pricing level by influencing production costs. In terms of customization volume, there is a clear scale effect in the production of glass bottles. When customizing in large quantities, manufacturers can achieve centralized procurement of raw materials and continuous operation of production lines, effectively reducing the depreciation costs of raw materials, labor and equipment per unit product. Therefore, the customization price will be relatively low. When it comes to small-batch customization, the production line needs to be frequently debugged, and there is no cost advantage in raw material procurement. The production cost per unit product remains high, and the pricing will also increase accordingly. The difference in processing methods can also lead to price variations, mainly divided into two categories: handcrafted and machine-made. Manual production is mostly suitable for sample or small-batch customization. The entire process relies on manual operation, which involves a large amount of labor, a long production cycle, high labor costs, and naturally, the cost is not cheap. Machine manufacturing is suitable for mass production, featuring high production efficiency and low unit labor cost. However, a few quality issues are prone to occur during equipment processing, which require subsequent manual inspection and adjustment, thereby increasing some labor costs. For the customizer, if there is a long-term packaging demand, large-scale customization combined with machine processing is the preferred choice for cost control. If only a small number of samples are needed or personalized customization is required, although handcrafted production is more expensive, it can better meet personalized demands. By rationally combining one's own needs to choose the customization quantity and processing method, it is possible to ensure the requirements while achieving the optimal control of costs.
