(1) Observe whether the glass wine bottle is smooth and if there are any bubbles, impurities, cracks or stains.

(2) Observe whether there is any protrusion or indentation at the bottle mouth, whether the bottle body is deformed or has any protrusion at the bottom, etc. Invert the glass wine bottle on a flat plate, take three uniform points, and measure the maximum gap between the bottle mouth and the glass with a feeler gauge. This is the unevenness of the mouth plane. The unevenness of the bottle mouth surface is ≤0.3mm. The unevenness of the bottle mouth for 720ml is ≤0.4mm.

(3) Observe whether the bottle seams are intact, and check for any misaligned seams, uneven seams or rough seams.

(4) Measure the outer diameter of the bottle mouth. Use a vernier caliper to measure the bottle mouth sealing ring (which should be deviated from the seam line), rotate 180 degrees to measure the size value, and the average value should be within the specified range of the bottle mouth outer diameter and size value; otherwise, it is a flat mouth. The outer diameter range of the bottle mouth is 58.9±0.45mm, and the outer diameter range of the bottle mouth is 72.5±0.45mm.

(5) Check whether the threads of the glass wine bottle are uniform, and whether the threads are broken, missing or deformed.
